We are now celebrating the World Environment Day on this day with the theme “Connecting People to Nature” and we as horticulturists have a greater role to play in nurturing the nature and environment. Let us rededicate with all heart and soul and with dedicated spirit to nurture nature and environment and let us all connect ourselves to nature in all our endeavours. Let all of us in this institute be a role model for enhancing the knowledge and awareness about nature and environment to younger generation.
